In compliance with Article 10 of our General Conditions of Sale, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Fleurcup menstrual cup, simply return it to us, not forgetting to include all the documents present with the package upon delivery, within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date, without having used it, damaged it or handled it without due precaution, in its original packaging, and we will refund the sums paid within 30 (thirty) days. The cost of returning the Fleurcup remains at your expense.

For obvious reasons of hygiene and healthcare, we cannot accept returns of Fleurcup menstrual cups that have been unpacked and/or used.

We ship your parcel the day after your order (except saturday, sunday and non-working days).

For all countries of the world and whatever the ordered quantity, the amount of the postage and packaging costs is 3,99€.

It is up to the buyer to check, with proper authorities, any restrictions on importing the products ordered with regard to laws and rules of its department, territory, state and/or its country of delivery.

Further to a order placed on the www.fleurcup.com website, taxes, royalties, customs duties and\or additional taxes (for example: local taxes, import duties, taxes of State, etc.), imposed when the parcel reaches its destination, must be paid by the buyer to proper authorities or to intermediaries authorized in the department, the territory, the state and\or the country of delivery the address of which is situated:

- In a not member country or a not member territory of the European Union
- In a territory included in the European Union but which legally makes an exception by the national and\or international laws or  rules

These taxes, royalties, customs duties and\or additional rights (for example: local taxes, import duties, taxes of State, etc.) connected to the delivery of an article are payable by the buyer. FLEURCUP SARL is not responsible for these charges, only the buyer is responsible, both in terms of declaration and payment in the authorities and the competent bodies of the department, the territory, the state and\or the concerned country of delivery.

Fleurcup has no obligation to check or inform the buyer of these taxes, royalties, customs duties and\or additional rights (for example: local taxes, import duties, taxes of State, etc.) applicable.

To find out them, the buyer must enquire beforehand with the proper authorities of his department, territory, state and\or country.
