In compliance with Article 10 of our General Conditions of Sale, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Fleurcup menstrual cup, simply return it to us, not forgetting to include all the documents present with the package upon delivery, within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date, without having used it, damaged it or handled it without due precaution, in its original packaging, and we will refund the sums paid within 30 (thirty) days. The cost of returning the Fleurcup remains at your expense.

For obvious reasons of hygiene and healthcare, we cannot accept returns of Fleurcup menstrual cups that have been unpacked and/or used.

Dispatch : two days after your purchase. Country of dispatch : Andorra. Method of dispatch : registred with signature of the spanish post (Correos).

For all countries of the world and whatever the ordered quantity, the amount of the postage and packaging costs is 4.49€.

The day of the dispatch of your parcel, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.
